NCI suggest to the owner polyurea base coat POLYHARD 100 in 2mm with top coat polyaspartic polyurea POLYCOLD S90.
POLYHARD 100 polyurea system that is a continuous system without joints, with high Tensile Strength, hardness, and elongation.
POLYCOLD S90 is polyaspartic/polyurea that is color stable with high hardness, abrasion resistance, and elongation.
POLYHARD 100 system has been applied with high pressure machine (GLASSCRAFT MHIII) in thickness of 2mm.
POLYCOLD S90 system has been applied the same day with airless machine in thickness of 150 microns.
Process took place in 6 steps :
- Concrete prepared by grinding machines.
- All the buck holes and cracks have been repaired.
- The entire surface has been primed with epoxy system POLYPRIME EP450.
- All joints have been prepared and have been full up with polyurethane sealant.
- POLYHARD 100 have been applied by high pressure machines in thickness of 2mm.
- POLYCOLD S90 color stable aliphatic polyurea have been applied in thickness of 150 microns.
After 24 hours the floor was ready for use.
